We do not offer refunds and exchange for change of mind. However, if there is a fault with your products we can offer an exchange, refund or credit. If you chose wrongly and wish to swap you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and cover the cost of postage both ways.

If your order has not shipped yet we can cancel the order and offer a refund so you can place the correct order. Please email us atinfo@gccandlefactory.com.auas soon as your aware of the mistake.

The majority of orders will be left at the premises if safe to do so. Some commercial buildings or Units may require a signature.

None of our products contain animal products and nothing is tested on animals.
Why does my candle have black soot?

If there is sort on your jar it means your wick is too long. Please ensure all wicks are trimmed to 5mm and upright prior to each burn and do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
Why do I need to burn the candle for no less than 1 hour or no more than 3 hours?
Why do I need to burn the candle for no less than 1 hour or no more than 3 hours?
If you burn the candle for less than 1 hour there’s a possibility the wax will not melt to the outside edges of the candle. This can result in tunnelling where wax on the outside remains unmelted and can drown your wick and reduce the fragrance throw of your candle. If you burn close to 4 hours this can result in the wick getting quite long, the possibility of black smoke and the glass will become overly hot.

If you burn the candle with less than 10mm of wax remaining this can result on an overly hot jar that may result in cracking.

We recommend flipping your sticks every 1 or 2 weeks to maintain a strong scent throw. If your diffuser is in a windy and dusty environment the sticks may become clogged in which case you will need to replace them with a new set.

Some fragrances naturally smell stronger than others, however you can reduce the strength of fragrance throw by using less sticks.
How Long will my 130ml diffuser last?
How Long will my 130ml diffuser last?
Our diffusers will last between 2 to 3 months on average. However, this will be effected by the environment such as draft areas, high foot traffic, ceiling fans and air conditioners. Please see our instructions and care section of our website for more information on safety and care.

Our founder Rianna is the reason the GCCF was born, Rianna has had a huge input in the products we have released, the scents, the look, design, packaging etc. She is a major driving force behind the business and were all super proud of her achievements. Of course she doesn’t actually own the company – she needs a few more years up her sleeve before that happens!
