How Much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping in Australia is flat rate of $12.95. Orders over $150 will have free shipping.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $17.95. Orders containing diffuser kits and fragrance refills are not eligible for express shipping.
How long does standard shipping take?
All orders are despatched from our Gold Coast warehouse within 2 business days. During promotional and peak periods this may take longer. The below estimates are from despatch date.
- QLD: 2-5 business days
- NSW, ACT & VIC: 3-5 business days
- SA: 4-6 business days
- TAS: 5-7 Business days
- NT: 7-10 Business days
- WA-7-10 Business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently only ship candles word wide.
